The beans are then cleaned and roasted. The coffee is strong and yet still remains smooth to the taste. Due to the civet process the coffee has less acidity. Our coffee is roasted to order; if you want ground coffee we will allow the beans to set for a week in an anaerobic environment for maximum flavor.
