Our coffee is roasted to order; if you want ground coffee we will allow the beans to set for a week in an anaerobic environment for maximum flavor. Pande Coffee is a direct importer of coffee from Bali Indonesia; so we can pass the discount to the consumer without a middleman. This civet coffee is humanly gathered from local Balinese workers. The civets were not caged or kept in an area with nets.
