Over twenty-five years ago, New Mexico Piñon Coffee began with a 15lb roaster in the bed of a red 1952 Chevy pick-up truck. Today, they are one of the largest coffee roasters in the state, roasting over 1 million pounds of coffee in 2017. Their coffee is made with the finest high-altitude Arabica coffee and their custom natural piñon flavoring.
